An apple for example is a good teeth whitening because it is an excellent decomposer of microscopic debris on your teeth. But after eating fruits or vegetables, make sure to brush your teeth as they also have sugar content than can cause tooth decay.

But it doesn’t mean that there’s no need to see your dentist anymore. It is still very important to see them and have your teeth cleaned at least 2-3 times a year. Remember that tar and plaque build up your teeth when you neglect it. So it is good to take care of your oral hygiene to bring back the lustre of your teeth.
